We note with deep regret and dismay the death, on October 23, 2023, of Professor Pedro Romano Martinez, Full Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, an illustrious academic with a brilliant career and vast scientific production in various legal fields, who deigned to privilege MF_AC over many years with his support as a consultant.
